Innocent release in Israel

After 7 months of effort: JU petition to the court and the relevant authorities led to the release of a father of six who ran for imprisonment for no wrong in his palm

As our legal advisors are assisting, this time we have a difficult case of B.N. A father of six children who was arrested and detained in an Israeli prison, for no wrong in his palm, for more than seven months. This is a normative man, a father to children, a man who works and supports his family, and has an excellent and clean background.

It turns out that the police linked him to a nationalist event and indicted him, when he has no direct or indirect connection to the case, and this is a serious mistake in attributing to him. The prison service kept him in poor conditions, in solitary confinement, when they also did not allow him to have telephone conversations with his wife.

After letters we forwarded, along with our legal advisory team and our lawyers, to the Prime Minister’s Office, the State Comptroller, the Ombudsman, the Prisons Service Commissioner, the Minister of Homeland Security, and more, we achieved that the truth came out.

B.N. He was released from custody and returned to his home, to his wife and children. At this stage we are working to obtain compensation, according to the legal clauses, for what is done to him.
